Very Happy. Was off some last week for the birth of his first son, two sisters welcomed him home. Only issues he can think of is equipment availability. Anytime a piece of equipment is down it effects the shift schedules and someone ends up missing a day of work. He appreciates the daily email to keep him aware of safety.

Discussed ESOP in detail, had a few pay questions, discussed dental cards, but he has the healthjoy app and is good. Also discussed opening up in Mobile at some point soon. Overall, seemed happy about pay, happy about the runs and good communication with dispatch.

Only concern is not having extra tractor at Macon. When one of the trucks is down someone is out a days work. It happened to him one day last week. Everything is else is good and he is happy to be part of the TCW Team. Great performance.
